Anger Management is something that reduces emotional feelings. You can't get rid of or avoid the things or people that make your anger happen. The people who are usually angered have very low tolerance to things that would frustrate you. It can be genetic or physiological. Anger is often negative, were taught that it's alright to show anxiety, depressions or other emotions but not to express anger.

Not all anger is misplaced, and most of the time it's healthy. It's a natural reaction to our problems. It is not hard to focus on finding a solution to your anger. You can approach it with your best intentions and efforts and you got to make a big attempt to face your problems head on.

What are stimulants? Stimulants are drugs, use to increase alertness, relieve fatigue, feel stronger, use for euphoric effects or to counteract the "down" feeling of tranquilizers or alcohol.

Forms of stimulants or other names:

  • Cocaine aka coke, dust, snow, flake, blow, girl
  • Crack aka crack cocaine, freebase rocks, rocks
  • Methamphetamine aka meth, ice, crystal, crank
  • Amphetamine aka speed
  • Benzedrine, benzphetamine, butyl nitrate, dextroamphetamine, methylphenidate, phenmetrazine, Dexedrine, caffeine, pills to keep you awake or lose weight, nicotine

How do they look? Stimulants can come in many different forms or color. Stimulants can come in powder, liquid, chunks of rock, white oily, colorless, yellow, or in a tablet.

How are they taken? Stimulants can be taken orally, snorted, injected, smoked, inhale from pipes, or sniffed.

Possible Effects: Here are some of the effects of stimulants: raises heart rate/blood pressure/temperature, nausea, insomnia, loss of appetite, anxiety, paranoia, depression, hallucinations, dilated pupils, loss of coordination, collapse, increase perspiration, blurred vision, dizziness, excessive activity, talkativeness, irritability, argumentativeness, nervousness, euphoria convulsions, disorientation, or death
