Elon Musks Plans To Buy Twitter!?

Yesterday Elon Musk's offered to buy Twitter for around $54.20 a share for the social media giant calling it his best and final offer. He stated that he would need to reconsider his position as a placeholder if he did not accept that. The San Francisco twitter board will eventually evaluate Elons offer. The directors carefully review the proposal to determine the best course of action around the proposal. Inside Twitter, things were taking a different turn. Many employees felt shaken by the news over the last day. Elon Musk wished to purchase the company and shape it to his image. To re-assure employee concerns, Twitter management called an emergency meeting at 2 pm on Thursday, led by Parag Agrawal, The company's chief executive accordion to five employees who were authorized not to disclose the topic. If the bid was accurate, then twitter employees have years of painstaking work on the website and refining it. Two people said that Mr. Agrawal Tried to put on a solid face when telling employees that he felt that everything would work out as it should have. Employees expressed frustration that Mr. Agrawal had not been advising his employees about Elons proposal, which he had spoken to Elon many times. However, it was done quietly. Employees also asked whether Twitter was considering options such as an acquisition by another company or a poison pill to block Mr. Musk. The twitter director had been in a difficult spot in the last few days due to the information being leaked out in great detail. He urged employees to look beyond the initial chaos surrounding the company and continue to focus on the work in front of them. Elon Musk, the world's richest man, had bid on this offer after Musk became the company's largest shareholder. He is also known as a Twitter user with 82 million followers for the need to restrict freedom of speech and not limit what they say on this platform. He noted the notion of radically shifting the power in social networks to users away from big entity companies. Elon Musks has long used Twitter to insult his critics, troll short sells of Tesla, and make grandiose ideas.
